Evaluation
Using digital media can help in presenting the work because of the amount of choices it can give the user, such as Photoshop which helps in the cropping process and the editorial. It can also make the work look better when presented and prevents it from stupid mistakes. Digital media can also help in presenting texts and other word work; it can help you change the size, style and the colour of the font.
In my class work most of my research was done on Photoshop because it can easily edit and present the work in my preferred style.
When I am presenting research work on Photoshop I would mainly use an A3 size paper in a landscape position digital media can help me edit the resolution, I also used Photoshop to path out pictures and turn them into outlines which is a lot more clearer and cheaper when printed. I also used digital media to create a billboard of various images of African animals, the upside was that scaling and the cropping was extra easy and very time efficient.
The computer has made my work a lot easier and faster but the down side is that it can some times be very slow and not save the work properly, which makes it a waste of time.
The best bit of work that I done was the vectored image of my side table but at the same time they were the hardest and the bit of work that I struggled in the most because I could not just use one path because of the complication of the shape and the fact that it was 3D.
The main thing that I learnt during al the processes is a patient because of the unprepared environment of the classroom and the very slow computers that we were using.
The processes that I hade to go through in my computer work weren’t much because I did not have much tasks to do on the computer but one of the most annoying tasks was research because we couldn’t use wikipedia we had to go through the process of finding the meaning of a subject then finding more information about it and the type it out and present it on an A3 page with some images in connection with the subject with a few annotations.
